You learn the fundamentals of boxing — no contact. Calisthenic bodyweight conditioning, and once a week we crack open the Bible, talk life, talk recovery.
Controlled contact drills and light sparring. Advanced pad work, intense bag work, and a chance to compete in USA Boxing.
An hour and a half at your own pace, using the equipment freely, getting tips from the Coach. Everyone is welcome.
